🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years designing and implementing scalable backend services
- Experience with LLM-powered agents or AI-assisted developer tooling
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and plugins
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agentic frameworks
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or another OO language
