Senior Software Engineer (AI)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship production backend services and AI components.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered systems (RAG pipelines, AI SDKs, eval workflows).
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and operational quality of production AI systems.
• Build internal tools, frameworks, automation, and documentation to boost developer productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, incident response, and operational support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, and operating production software.
• Backend engineering with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production (RAG, AI SDKs, eval workflows).
• Relational/NoSQL databases: schema design, queries, data modeling.
• Cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong CI/CD, observability, and production operations.
• Hands-on with AI-native tools (Cursor, Augment) and embedding AI-driven practices.
• Clear communication and ability to explain tradeoffs to teams.
