• Architect scalable AI orchestration layers for high-precision Text-to-SQL agents and multi-agent systems.
• Design agentic workflows with tool-calling, event orchestration, and autonomous self-correction.
• Bridge relational DBs (PostgreSQL/Java) and vector stores with metadata for sync/search.
• Develop high-precision Text-to-SQL agents with RAG and semantic retrieval.
• Create automated evaluation pipelines to validate agent behavior across updates.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Agentic Workflow Mastery: 2+ years building AI orchestration layers.
• 7+ years building distributed backend systems with Java, Spring, Python.
• RAG and vector databases expertise for scalable retrieval.
• Automated evaluation pipelines measuring task success, accuracy, quality.
• Right to work in United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/ML or related field.
