Senior Software Engineer (AI Accelerated) - GTM Systems (all genders)

📋 Description

• Own GTM CRM platform architecture: target architecture, data model, integration landscape
• Deliver end-to-end initiatives: design to shipped features in GTM team
• Govern GTM CRM: architecture principles, standards, and best practices
• Document blueprints and patterns for scaling: decisions, data flows, and integration patterns
• Be the GTM Engineering liaison: alignment with R&D and standard practices
• Improve CI/CD and AI-driven workflows: pipelines, automated tests, AI tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years backend engineering experience (Java, Python, TypeScript)
• CI/CD/DevOps experience (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins)
• AI-first mindset with LLMs (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) daily use
• Systems thinking: maintainable code and clear docs
• Ownership mindset: end-to-end platform ownership (architecture, roadmap, data quality)
• Bonus: Salesforce/CRM experience; workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier, Clay); RevOps/GTM exposure
