Senior Software Engineer -AI

📋 Description

• Design and build Agentic AI proofs of concept.
• Architect end-to-end Agentic AI solutions for APAC engagements with autonomous decision making and multi-step reasoning.
• Prototype rapidly with LLMs, agent frameworks, and NICE/Cognigy platform APIs.
• Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and microservices linking LLMs to CX workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks; stay current with the evolving LLM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into practical AI designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of software development experience in enterprise-grade software.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, cloud SDKs.
• Familiarity with data processing, vector databases and embedding pipelines for RAG architecture.
• Experience designing/building Agentic AI systems — including tool use, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordination.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and strong prompt engineering skills.
