Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI Foundations

📋 Description

• Design and build a vendor-agnostic agent platform with orchestration, memory, and runtime.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, robustness, and safety.
• Implement guardrails, policy enforcement, and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
• Build systems for data grounding, retrieval, and memory for context-aware agents.
• Prototype and productionize agent behaviors including planning and multi-step execution.
• Mentor engineers and define best practices for secure, observable agent systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with large-scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years designing, building, and operating production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, or intelligent applications in production.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make principled trade-offs.
• Strong product and systems thinking; connect decisions to impact.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python and cloud-native infrastructure.
