🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python; experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong system design skills; ownership of complex services end-to-end.
- Experience designing and operating web services/APIs; relational/NoSQL DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Technical lead experience: scoping projects, coordinating with engineers, delivering on time.
