🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
- 5+ years experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
- Strong HTML & CSS and ability to create dynamic UX components
- Strong understanding of OOP and PostgreSQL
- Product instincts to deliver measurable customer outcomes
- Nice-to-have: AI tooling, LLM APIs, or prompt engineering
