Debug and resolve complex production issues.

🎯 Requirements

6–10 years building/operating backend or distributed systems in production.
Strong proficiency in Go; quick to adopt new languages and frameworks.
Deep experience designing/operating distributed systems, databases, and streaming.
Proven track record delivering scalable, reliable systems with impact.
Web3/blockchain infra or high-throughput API platforms (RPC, nodes, streaming).
Strong problem-solving for debugging cross-system production issues.
