- Storage and data locality knowledge: S3, NFS, NetApp OnTap, AWS FSx.
- Observability stack: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana; distributed tracing.
- Platform engineering mindset; design platforms as products; focus on extensibility and reliability.
