- Proficient with shadcn/ui, Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments; builder mindset.
- Values speed and quality; strong engineering hygiene (security, GDPR, SOC2).
- Able to communicate technical ideas to non-engineers.
