🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering, focusing on backend
Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript expertise
Designing and scaling distributed systems for performance and reliability
Hands-on with cloud infra (AWS) and production deployments
CI/CD, monitoring, and containerization (Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, New Relic)
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
