Drive design and implementation of new features with clean, maintainable code
Break down complex problems into simple solutions
Create and maintain test automation to enable CI velocity
Design robust microservices APIs and messaging via REST/gRPC
Mentor engineers through code, design, and architecture reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, design, product, marketing, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of development experience in software engineering
Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
Proficient in at least one JVM language (Java, Kotlin, or Scala)
Experience with Spring or Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle); NoSQL a plus
Cloud environments: AWS, GCP, or Azure
