🎯 Requirements

- Experience building/maintaining production software for consumer web apps.
- Backend or UI engineering experience in production environments.
- Experience owning production systems: support, incident response, on-call.
- Ability to drive multi-quarter projects from design to delivery.
- Knowledge of fintech, lending, or home lending (preferred).
