🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years experience building and delivering software.
- Deep JVM knowledge: GC, heap dumps; Java, Tomcat, Spring.
- Linux system fundamentals: threading and context switching.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or C/C++.
- Passion for performance optimization and tooling.
- CI/CD and test automation; GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Monitoring/Observability/Tracing; Locust.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
