Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions.
Investigate and resolve production and development issues while balancing priorities.
Mentor engineers on system design, coding standards, and architectural best practices.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in system-level software development, Golang or similar.
Experience with distributed systems managed by Kubernetes.
Proven ability to design/build reliable, high-performance system software.
Experience in performance- and scalability-critical environments.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
