Plan and estimate work with the team
Share best practices with Toast R&D frontend teams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
B.E./Bachelor's in technology
Backend development with Java, Kotlin, or OO languages
Proficient with REST and GraphQL APIs
Proficient with relational DBs (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Experience with AI tooling (Cursor, Claude)
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
Proven ability to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication across audiences
Passion for innovation in engineering practices
