Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver APIs and features for B2B customers.
Drive improvements to codebase and architecture for reliability and scalability.
Mentor and coach engineers on engineering practices and testing.
Work with Product Manager and Designer to define features and review feedback.
Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure service availability.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience with large-scale systems or services.
Node.js (TypeScript or JavaScript) backend services and public/internal APIs.
Full-stack experience with React; backend focus with React familiarity a plus.
Experience with PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
Strong communicator and mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping the team grow.
Docker and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) experience.
