Maintain and build features for the MongoDB Node.js Driver and native C++ addons.
Contribute to JavaScript open source client libraries and MongoDB AI/ML integrations.
Contribute to the common driver specifications supporting MongoDB features.
Investigate bugs and support requests from customers, open source, and internal users.
Collaborate closely with peers in our distributed, world-wide engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience writing high-quality software
Significant experience with JavaScript/TypeScript on the backend
Experience with databases, relational or non-relational
Strong written and spoken English communication
Deep knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem for backend and infrastructure
Interest in building backend libraries and tools for developers
