🎯 Requirements

8+ years backend experience in Java, Kotlin, or OO languages
Proficient with production-grade software and AI tools
Experienced with React, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL
Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
Excellent cross-team communication on complex topics
