🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial software development in Java, preferably with Spring.
- Experience integrating LLMs into developer workflows for unit tests.
- Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or testing frameworks.
- Deep expertise in modernization of applications and databases with frameworks that ensure state equivalence, CDC, event driven interception and state comparison; strong Spring Boot, MongoDB, JDBC/JPA.
- Extensive experience with relational and document modeling; hands on with Postgres/MySQL and MongoDB.
- Strong algorithms and data structures; excellent communication.
