📋 Description

• Work with a small, high-performing engineering team on high-impact work.
• Review code and coach teammates to improve quality, security, and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years writing production code in modern languages (TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.).
• 3+ years working with relational databases.
• 3+ years executing DevOps tasks in a public cloud.
• A proven leader who has led teams to build consumer-facing products end-to-end.
• Translate business and member needs into a technical vision and roadmap.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and success teams to solve customer needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; innovate and think outside the box.
• Production-grade software experience in a security-conscious industry; Healthcare/FinTech preferred.
