📋 Description

• Lead/own the design and evolution of core backend services and pipelines.
• Architect and optimize Python-based systems with external APIs, LLMs, and real-time voice.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant dialogue management and conversation flows.
• Build low-latency, high-throughput systems for millions of calls per week.
• Lead technical design discussions and influence long-term platform strategy.
• Set engineering best practices for code quality, testing, observability, and reliability.
