🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in CS or related field, or relevant practical experience.
- 5+ years as a software engineer, with at least 2 years at a high-growth startup.
- Experience building and scaling systems in lean, resource-constrained environments.
- Hands-on AI development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and deploying LLM features.
- Strong business judgment, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Strong product intuition; evaluate opportunity costs and decide pragmatically.
