🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years as a software engineer at a high-growth startup.
- Experience building and scaling systems in lean, resource-constrained environments.
- Hands-on with AI development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and deploying LLM features.
- Strong business judgment, ownership mindset; comfortable in ambiguity.
- Strong product intuition with ability to evaluate opportunity costs.
