Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement full-stack features using PHP/Laravel, React, and TypeScript across fundraising, donor management, and growth products.
• Build scalable systems and interfaces for millions of users and high-volume transactions.
• Integrate with APIs, third-party services, and payment systems for nonprofits.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and help evolve engineering standards.
• Contribute to cross-team technical initiatives and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally with full-stack exposure and backend depth.
• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel.
• Experience building frontend interfaces with React, TypeScript, and ES6+ JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and data import/export flows.
• Familiarity with state management (TanStack Query, SWR, Zustand, Redux, etc.).
• Understanding of frontend architecture and build tools (Vite, Webpack).
