Own end-to-end health and performance of Python backends, React Native apps.
Lead large cross-functional initiatives, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
Architect AWS-based distributed systems for reliability and cost optimization.
Design/Build scalable backend services and APIs with GraphQL and PostgreSQL.
Drive discovery with Product/UX to define designs and validate via prototypes.
Own production issues, lead incident response, RCA, and permanent fixes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
Experience building/operating production systems with Python, React Native, and AWS.
Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3).
Observability/monitoring and alerting with Datadog or similar.
Strong CI/CD, automated testing, reliability, observability, and best practices.
Experience troubleshooting production incidents across backend, mobile, and cloud.
