- Experience leading platform/infrastructure teams at growth-stage B2B SaaS.
- AI-forward: set direction for LLM/agentic teams and AI-native standards.
- Systems thinker who removes bottlenecks and designs teams, not just manages.
- Strong communicator for platform tradeoffs to product, finance, and execs.
