📋 Description

• Build the systems that connect viewers and creators within Twitch.
• Design and run consumer-scale services powering VODs, Clips and Stories.
• Power and enable AWS applications at scale.
• Partner with Product, Design and Data.
• Drive career growth and mentorship for team members.
• Develop a long-term roadmap for a team of 10 engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as software engineering manager.
• 5+ years in software engineering.
• Development in Golang, Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Experience designing or architecting scalable systems.
• Proven ability to identify user needs and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Experience running large-scale consumer services.
