📋 Description

• Own social strategy across X and LinkedIn; Instagram secondary.
• Build two parallel social motions for AI/tech and healthcare audiences.
• Run employee-influencer program; coach clinicians and leaders.
• Write, brief, capture, and ship content with creator speed and brand oversight.
• Brief, capture, and create content across formats; storyboard video shoots.
• Build community; host real-time moments around launches/events.
• Use AI as a workflow multiplier from research to scheduling.
• Measure brand lift, growth, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Partner with Comms, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Events, Growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in social media or content marketing; track record building brands.
• Experience building social presence for vertical industries and tech/AI; healthcare a plus.
• Hands-on fluency with X and LinkedIn; Instagram a plus but not required.
• Proven track record building employees into credible public voices; audience growth.
• Outstanding writing across short and long form; edits own work.
• Strong content sense across formats: writing, short-form video, carousels, photography.
• An AI-native working style; uses AI daily; embraces new tools/workflows.
• Experience in high-growth tech/AI company; understands brand movement.
