- Deep expertise in paid social ads, especially LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn ad units such as Conversation Ads, Document Ads, CTV
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense
- Strong Paid principles: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, optimization
- Analyze data with Google Analytics/GA4 and Excel
