Senior Site Reliability Engineering Program & Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead business architecture, governance, and lifecycle maturity for infrastructure services.
• Define policies, controls, and lifecycle frameworks across Plan, Build, Run, Release.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align processes and roles.
• Develop process documentation, control narratives, and RACI models.
• Partner with engineering, operations, security, and stakeholders to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in business architecture, infra governance, ITSM, or process design.
• Experience supporting infrastructure lifecycle management (Plan, Build, Run, Release).
• Strong experience in process mapping and operating model design.
• Knowledge of ITIL and SRE practices; service reliability concepts.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and control frameworks.
