Senior Site Reliability Engineer - FedRAMP

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for Azure-hosted production SaaS apps; ensure availability.
• Maintain infra in FedRAMP High env; ensure NIST 800-53 compliance and audit readiness.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot complex cloud infra and app issues.
• Meet critical SLAs; participate in on-call rotations on weekends and emergencies.
• Develop/maintain automation for monitoring, alerts, telemetry, logs, incident response.
• Contribute to security docs: security plans, SOPs, runbooks.
• Apply observability best practices with logging, metrics, tracing, alerts.
• Partner with eng/security/product teams to drive reliability; build with SRE principles.
• Lead post-incident reviews; identify root causes and preventive actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Administration.
• Experience integrating/upgrading securing software across heterogeneous environments.
• Azure Cloud Administrator with AKS microservices, cloud concepts, and security.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python; markup: XML, JSON, YAML.
• IaC with Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Redundancy, backup, DR strategies in cloud.
• Datadog, Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics.
• Networking: firewalls, VLANs, NAT, NACLs, load balancers, VPNs, DNS.
• FedRAMP experience; NIST 800-53 controls, ConMon, boundary protection.
