🎯 Requirements

5+ years software engineering experience in Python/Go/Java/Kotlin.
PostgreSQL: performance tuning, replication, backup/recovery, schema design.
Redis: data modeling, clustering, persistence, and ops.
Cloud infra: GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
Proven track record building automation that scales operations.
Strong system design skills for reliable, scalable infra.
