- Security awareness: identity, least privilege, secrets hygiene, and network controls.
- Ownership mindset: proactively identify issues, drive work to completion, and communicate risks.
- Excellent async written communication; comfortable with a distributed team.
- Ability to collaborate with software engineers and non-engineering stakeholders.
