Act as first responder for incidents and outages to keep systems highly available
Own and evolve monitoring, alerting, and log management systems
Manage and optimize database infrastructure (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis)
Maintain and improve server infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, resilient systems
Contribute to internal SRE tooling and automation

🎯 Requirements

Strong alignment with Circle values
Proficient in English (CEFR C2 / ILR 5)
AWS and Kubernetes expertise
5+ years in SRE/DevOps/Infra roles
Incident response and outage management
Observability, monitoring, and logging best practices
