Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Demonstrate proficiency in problem analysis
• Collaborate with teams to deliver pragmatic solutions and drive end-to-end execution
• Create, design, develop and operate the shared infrastructure platform to support growth
• Improve developer experience by treating the platform as a product and automating where possible
• Train engineers to enable autonomous DevOps and SRE practices (you build it, you run it) at scale
• Ensure platform security, compliance and cost control
• Understand the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures
• Demonstrate good judgment in Swile applications
• Provide constructive feedback during code reviews
• Mentor and promote technical growth within the team
