- Update POC file to reflect progress and monthly billing.
- Collaborate with CS Operations to ensure POC updates are complete.
- Assist in entering new contracts in accounting systems as needed.
- Support reconciliations and reporting for monthly and quarterly revenue close.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of project revenue accounting experience.
- Experience with POC revenue recognition for fixed-price contracts.
- Experience with ERP financial systems (NetSuite or SuiteProjectsPro).
- Strong collaboration and communication with Sales, CS, Legal, and external auditors.
