Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and UI components.
Configure UI, workflows, reports, data imports, and integrations.
Review and improve existing configurations to enhance integrations.
Develop requirements, test plans, administer ServiceNow, and provide tier 2 support.
Schedule and verify instance clones; establish standards and procedures.
Expand and implement other ServiceNow modules across the ESM spectrum.

🎯 Requirements

ServiceNow core areas: Catalog, Change, Incident, Knowledge, Workflow, Orchestration.
Lead projects with Agile methodology.
JavaScript development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
Service Catalog and Request Workflow design/config.
CMS design for layouts, UI pages, CSS, and catalog work.
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years ServiceNow experience.
