Design, build, and configure ServiceNow apps/modules across ITSM, HRSD, SPM
Develop Flow Designer automations, IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP integrations
Build and optimize Service Portal pages, widgets, and UI components for self-service
Write clean server-side and client-side JavaScript
Manage update sets, scoped apps, and deployments across multiple instances
Mentor junior and mid-level developers; perform code reviews and governance

🎯 Requirements

7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, HRSD, SPM
Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and SPM modules
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
ServiceNow CSA certification and CAD/CIS preferred
Agile/SAFe delivery experience; client-facing
