Collaborate with IT and business to define technical solutions and meet goals.
Automate and optimize ServiceNow processes to improve efficiency.
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and industry trends to implement solutions.
Develop and maintain docs for architecture, configurations, workflows.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in ServiceNow dev/adm; Incident, Catalog, CMDB, Service Portal.
Experience with Agile and project management frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
SN Certified System Administrator (and additional certs) helpful.
