🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in ServiceNow development, engineering, or administration (Incidents, Catalog & Requests, CMDB, Service Portal)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; additional certifications helpful
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting
- Strong ITIL knowledge
