  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow implementations
  • Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) within ServiceNow
  • Proven background in business process analysis and process improvement
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation environments
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a must.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist โ€“ Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)
