- Proven background in business process analysis and process improvement
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation environments
- Fluency in Portuguese is a must.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist โ Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)
