  • Add resolutions to docs and contribute to knowledge base.

  • 3-5 years desktop support in professional environment.
  • Experience supporting hybrid in-person and remote employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written comms; explain tech to non-tech users.
  • Basic networking knowledge: DHCP, DNS, IP addressing.
  • Flexible days in office/remote; weekend and US holiday rotation.
  • Familiarity with MacOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Okta SSO, A/V, Active Directory.
