🎯 Requirements

  • Post-secondary education mandatory.
  • More than ten years' experience as a Service Designer.
  • Experience in primary research and reviewing user touchpoints.
  • Deliver system maps, blueprints, journeys, personas, and governance.
  • Accessibility experience (WCAG 2.1 AA) and Canada.ca guidelines.
  • Agile product teams; English required; government clearance asset.
