🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS in CS, Data Science, Applied Math, BME, EE, or related field.
- 7+ years in technical or engineering program management.
- Experience with sensor intelligence, ML, data science, or research eng.
- Experience with physiological signals or wearable data (PPG/ECG) preferred.
- Proven ability to manage research/advanced development programs.
- Strong understanding of early algorithm development workflows.
- Excellent communication and organization; translate complex concepts.
- Commitment to using AI tools in day-to-day work.
