🎯 Requirements

7+ years in security program management or security operations.
Cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations.
Strong fluency in cloud/infra, identity/access, vulnerability mgmt, monitoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience in fintech, trading, or digital assets.
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
