🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering.
• 10+ years IT and Security experience.
• 5+ years leading highly complex teams.
• Experience attracting and coaching engineers with performance mgmt.
• Ability to communicate analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
