Senior Security Engineering Manager, Product Security

📋 Description

• Define and lead the Security Engineering roadmap across apps, infra, and product security.
• Manage, coach, and develop a security engineering team.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed security early in planning.
• Scale secure-by-design across the SDLC, with threat modeling and secure coding.
• Strengthen cloud security with IAM, Kubernetes, and cloud-native controls.
• Build offensive security capabilities, including attack surface management and bug bounty intake.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in security engineering, software, infrastructure, or related technical security roles.
• 3+ years managing or leading security engineers or teams.
• Experience leading security programs in two domains (e.g., app, infra, cloud, or secure SDLC).
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, or Audit stakeholders.
• Experience with modern architectures: APIs, web apps, cloud-native services, CI/CD, and IAM.
• Experience defining roadmaps, priorities, metrics, and operating processes for security programs.
