Senior Security Engineer - Vulnerability Management

📋 Description

• Lead and own ongoing vulnerability management program operations.
• Manage scanning tools; refine detection to reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with Vulnerability Technical Program Manager to generate monthly/quarterly reports.
• Work with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities with best practices.
• Triage vulnerabilities and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Participate in security incident investigations for high-profile vulnerabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of security engineering and vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with vulnerability tooling (e.g., Wiz, Semgrep).
• Deep expertise in CVSS and EPSS; security engineering best practices.
• Strong ability to judge vulnerability severity and business impact.
• Strong development background in Python or GoLang.
• DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE with AWS and Terraform.
